Terrible customer service .I ordered two items on 27th July...paid extra for next day delivery. Items didn't arrive until 4 weeks later!!in-between I sent 6 emails,4 ignored .Eventually I got a reply saying the items were on a pre..order .No problem ...but the issue I had was that they blamed me ...they said I had not seen the message about the pre..order on the confirmation email .Complete utter rubbish ..nothing about pre order on confirmation email ..and why would it accept next day delivery if items were on a delay .Absolutely dreadfully. NO APOLOGIES /no refund offered for extra post payment .Will never use again .
