I bought a phone on the website assuming that they are legitimate platform. However after having problems with the phone I was advised to contact seller directly and resolve the problem as the phone was still under warranty. I contacted the seller and returned the phone for repair / replacement. It has been more than 6 weeks that I am left without any phone and when I contacted OnBuy to help me out as my phone is still not returned; their response was that sorry they can't help. Now I have lost more than £450 and left helpless. Do NOT trust this site as they won't help you if there is problem with the purchase.
