What we got was not what the advert showed. Also battery charger was not a British plug. Response from seller was buy a converter, no offer to send us one. When we asked to return the item, we got an address in Scotland and then when questioned, got an address in Cornwall. The company was Fly. Absolute rubbish. This drill was also supposed to be 36v and there was nothing on any of it to confirm this. Very,very disappointed. Will not return it as no valid address and don't think we'd see a penny of the money we spent. Will never use Onbuy again.
