It is the first time I am giving such bad reviews to anyone. Worst online shopping experience ever. I bought 2 (Light gray) Linen Fabric Accent Armchair Chair Sofa Cafe Seats. Very poor craftsmanship. Holes are drilled on wrong places. Some holes are half drilled and screw can not pass through. Back cushion is bigger in size than the lower one so can not fit in between chair arms. Hence, can not be assembled. Useless pieces of wood for me. I have also attached the pictures so defects can be seen clearly. I wanted to return the chairs and when contacted the seller and showed the pictures, instead of accepting the return and refund, they started silly offers. First they asked me to accept £5! I paid £119.98 for those 2 chairs. Every morning I receive a message in which they increase the refund amount. (It's gone up to £40 now :) . I am just asking them to take their chairs back and refund my money. But they keep doing silly offers. I contacted Onbuy, there customer service agent did not bothered to read my message and sent me a copy paste reply to wait 72 hours for the seller to contact you. I am in contact with the seller since 27th August. Now I am going to try my luck with PayPal to get refund. Otherwise I will make a complaint to Financial Ombudsman / consumer court. Fortunately got enough time and money to take this to Happy Ending! Moral of the story "Avoid them"
