Absolutely diabolical customer service !! Bought a cholesterol test £44 After it gave varied results at a wide range when I complained and was told eventually that I could return it which I did through the post office at my expense. Weeks later still no refund, contacted OnBuy heard nothing, weeks later still nothing so complained on line to customers services because there is no phone number, got a reply saying they will be in contact and now it’s over 6 months still not resolved. I will never buy anything from this company again but I m not letting this go. Probably sold my test kit to someone else
