STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I will NEVER use OnBuy again...they allow SCAMMERS to sell on their site and don't do a thing. I wish I would have read the recent reviews and not looked at their overall rating. I ordered an item for a Christmas present on 5 December...plenty of time. Never received item. Never received response from seller. On the 17th I was getting worried it hadn't arrived...OnBuy will NOT help sort out any problems, they tell you to contact PayPal and chase the money down yourself. PayPal takes 2 weeks before they give you a response regarding getting your money back. In the meantime, I'm having a last minute panic trying to find a Christmas gift to replace the one that was supposed to arrive!
