OnBuy is an excellent place to purchase goods from independent retailers. The prices are always the same or mostly better than elsewhere on other marketplaces. Free delivery is excellent with goods usually arriving sooner than expected. I was kept informed of the process of my orders including when they were despatched by the sellers. I've never returned an item from Onbuy but I'd assume that the customer service would be as good as the purchasing procedure as I've never had any issues. I'd definitely buy from Onbuy in the future
