First and last time I will ever use OnBuy, as had a bad experience and since then I have avoided the website. It all started when I noticed a Computer monitor (Samsung G7 32") for a good price from (Productpond Uk via OnBuy), and therefore bought it on the 9th of March 2022. The next day the 10th of March from the same company was a Samsung G7 27" monitor which my son would love for his birthday, so went ahead and also purchased. The problem started from here onwards. The next day on Friday 11th of March, got an email stating the Samsung monitor 27" was out of stock? Which it was not when I purchased this. Then I got a rude call on my mobile on Sunday the 13th of March, as the person stating he was from 'Productpond Uk' that also the 32" was out of stock and trying to sell me a display model? Also stating something in regards to "we are entitled within 24hours including weekends to cancel your order". But I ordered it on the Wednesday, that was more than 24hours, but also the 27" was more than 24hours. So what is this company doing! In the end I decided, right let them go ahead, as I will just write a bad experience, as to warn other customers of this trap of trying to buy but out of stock rubbish. Now I do say rubbish, because, would you believe it the 32" is back on their shelf and stating only one left! (as of 22/03/2022) So it seems their right hand does not know what their left hand is doing or they are just conmen!
