Unfortunately I had a problem with an order I placed. I contacted onbuy.com after making several failed attempts to contact ABC Bargains directly to be told there was nothing that could be done. I still have not received my product or any response from ABC bargains. Why are you using sellers on your site who do not reply to customer emails via your site?
