I have bought a controller battery back from OnBuy and it arrived after 3 weeks. It was clearly a fake product and not the original advertised pack made by Microsoft. OnBuy does not take any resposability for this and I am having to raise a dispute with PayPal instead. OnBuy does not seem to care that counterfit products are being sold on its webiste.
