Worst company ever. They literally won’t refund me. Supposed to be delivered 5 weeks ago and I keep asking them for a refund but the customer service just keeps saying he has to check logistics. Doesn’t take a month to check logistics. I am within my rights to ask for a refund since you did not deliver my item within the designated time. It’s 5 weeks late my nephews birthday is well over. PLEaSe REFUnD Me and act like a normal decent company.
