Would give ZERO STARS. Have purchased 2 items of furniture through this company. Both were disgraceful quality. I'm a month on and still NO nearer to getting a REFUND. The companies are discriminatory to the disabled in particular. Onbuy customer service are not helping or supporting my stressful empasse. The companies restrict reviews and one company has now changed it's name. Onbuy support seriously dodgy companies and I would not recommend you use them.
