Ordered a parcel in February. Nothing came so I contacted the seller, seller said it had been delivered but we have cctv and shows no one delivered anything. Contacted OnBuy and at first hand seem to be helpful. Messages have been going back and forth up until 5th august, now OnBuy said I must go to PayPal to resolve this issue but I didn’t pay by PayPal. Honestly I won’t be using this company ever again. Have a look at other reviews and it seems a lot of people have had the same experience as me. BE AWARE.
