As a seller one of the worst sites had a account manager from onbuy from last 3 years and was a verified seller for 3 years without any issues, one of my family member opened a account which they linked and onbuy stated its against there policy to have 2 accounts from a same person i had sent them many emails requesting them to investage the issue as its 2 different seperate companies and both of them are uk companies under different names each time they kept refusing in anger i had then ended up swearing on messages and apoloised straight away in the next email for losing my patient as i had been emailing for nearly 3 weeks to fix the issue they had suspended the accounts for swearing and using 2 different accounts i had then been chasing them and emailed them over and over again to resolve the issue but they are not interested. i had senior members telling me to rejoin onbuy but they do not wish to reply when discussed about the issue. completely scam and fraud company as amazon and ebay would aleast listen to you and try to resolve the issues.
