Basically ordered from onbuy.com website beginning of August and not received my goods or a refund!!! Absolutely disgraceful service all round. Messaged the seller numerous times with no reply!! They still have my money and I’ve NO goods!!!! Onbuy.com customer support couldn’t care less and said get a refund from PayPal/ card company. As a busy full time working mum, I haven’t got the time to sort out all this due to incompetent companies!! Never again.
