The order has been marked as awaiting dispatch since 26 July. No update or repayment from many attempts via customer report and now in an unbreakable online circle of my complaint being marked as closed. It clearly is not but I cannot email without an automatic response directing me back to my account, which then says the complaint is closed. How can one make a claim through the promoted Onbuy Protection Scheme.
