I purchased a ps5 for a Xmas present beginning of November. Item was sent out with wrong name on package. So was returned to sender by Royal Mail. Seller didn’t have another one to send out so had to refund me. Now 7 weeks later I still have not had my money back. I have sent all documentation showing Royal Mail tracking saying item wrongly addressed and returned to sender. And message from the seller apologising that they have sent the item out with the wrong name. But all this time later still no refund. You can’t speak to anyone only message. Most of the time they don’t reply to you but on the odd occasion that they do it takes 48hrs and they are not helpful. Please avoid. This company should be shut down. Worst customer service I have ever encountered
