This has been the worst experience EVER!!!! My partner bought a PC for my son for Christmas which was faulty!!!! We had a replacement sent on 20th January which was also FAULTY!!!!! Apparently this one has no graphics card. So understandable want our money back. They have said it is over 30 days!!!! We haven’t had a day with a PC that is as per specifications as the add. Under the consumer act 2015 we are well within our rights to our money back!!!!! Bear in mind that a 10 year old has no PC that works and it is February 1st and it was his Christmas present!!!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!
