Terrible customer service. Misrepresentation of goods offered. They advertised a 3 pack for a water filter, supplied only 1 and told me that they only had one- and that the price represented that.
I sent them a screenshot of the order and confirmation order and demanded they send me the additional two.
They replied they had no stock but to send back the original one for a refund - which I did not agree to as I was already using it- they then offered to give me a partial refund which I agreed to- 2/3 of the price- as 2 out of 3 items were missing.
Now the response was they could not do that…. So you sell me 3 of something, deliver 1 and don’t want to refund me the money back of the missing items?
