I placed an order with onbuy which never arrived. I went through their contacts process to try to track this down with the supplier who initially didn’t reply. After raising a complaint for no communication and non receipt of item, the supplier finally replied to say the item was with a local depot which wasn’t much use to me as I didn’t know where that was, or who the carrier was and my package was well overdue by then. I have still not received my money back or the item. This has been my first buying experience with onbuy and I won’t use them again. Buyer beware.
