I recently ordered 40 rolls toilet tissue through OnBuy.com
Three days later I received only 20 rolls by Amazon.
I complained about it.
Then, I had an email from E commerce Enterprise’s Sophie.
She apologise it their error, however I haven’t received the missing 20 rolls yet. She didn’t give me any reference number.
How can I communicate it?
