The point is that they require you to pay one month subcribe fee in advance before submitting the application. It is clear said this is one-month subscription fee in advance. the subscribtion fee provides various services that help the seller's account and products and renews automatically every month, but after you pay the fee, this fee suddenly becomes a non-refundable application fee! No matter how clearly the invoice you receive says that it is a subscribe fee that renews automatically every month, they insist that it is an application fee and it is non-refundable! Any time try to contact them, there will only be two results, one is no one to reply to the email, and the other is a copy and paste of a text to you through ticket.
