i have had a digital card since july2020. i have failed to buy anything on line despite having £700 in my account. it wil not accept any thing i try.it was my retirement gift from work.even though i contacted them. they were unhelpfull.the stress is awful.dont ever buy a gift card from them.they have no intention of giving me my money.they are keeping it for themselves.
