“My colleagues put money on a card for a work present and this card is valid for another 2.5 years at the time of writing the review. There is nothing on the card as they deduct money if you don’t spend it in a certain time frame despite it still being valid. Absolute joke. Don’t bother with this company and I hope they don’t sleep at night stealing off people like this.”

“A gift card that steals your money. Worst gift card ever. I was gifted £20 then forgot about it for a while. Went to spend it today and turns out I only had £7.40 left. Turns out they steal 90p per month. The expiry isn't when the card expires like most cards, but it's when they'll have stolen all your money by. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”

“Tried this one4all card on Boost gaming, Argos and Currys. I have £73.20 on the card and want to buy something that is £70. None of the sites accept the card despite them being listed on the one4all website. I just get error messages. Boost gaming even lists one4all as a payment method on its front page! You contact one4all customer service and all they say is "just enter the card details like you would a credit card". That's what i've been doing. Useless advice. It's definitely venturing into scam territory. The fact that they make it so difficult to use and then begin deducting money from the card if you don't use it makes me think they do this on purpose as most people probably receive them as gifts but give up when they hit these road blocks. Maybe I should report them to trading standards.”

“If I could award a zero I would. Appalling customer service via phone and email, the response time is unacceptable and no one actually cares. My original gift card was lost in the post, a replacement was sent with no credit on, they are now saying the card was refunded… scam DO NOT PURCHASE”

“I would give this company a zero if that option were available. First, the process of using their service in-store is extremely complicated. When you call customer service, you receive a random four-digit code. You must enter the last two digits and press pound (#) to proceed with the call. If you forget or miss that code, you’ll need to enter the two middle numbers and press pound again. I know it’s confusing. Next, they instruct you not to use Safari or your phone; you must use Chrome on a desktop computer. However, how many people actually go to the store with a desktop? Not many. This means you have to go home, activate your account, select a store, print a barcode, and then return to the store, only to get rejected. I can relate to other reviews claiming this is a scam, especially if you consider gifting it to your grandparents. It's definitely not suitable for senior citizens due to the multiple steps involved and the need to make multiple calls. Please, don’t waste your money or put your family and friends through this frustrating and embarrassing experience.”

“Was given one for Christmas and tried to redeem it at Red Lobster, one of the 5 restaurants listed. They would not take it. Tried their website... it did not even work. Tried calling the phone number on the back. A robot said to type in the 16 digit # on the card... the # on the card is 24 digits. It was rejected and hung up on me. An expensive total waste of time... Wish I was a class action lawyer!!!”

“I received 2 of these for Christmas gifts. It is very complicated to used. I informed the giver of the challenges and he said he would not be buying these again. I finally managed to redeem them and buy online. I did not feel comfortable printing out a voucher and presenting this at a store. No sense in listing restaurants unless of course you can order online. I do not like shopping online except for Amazon which is very straightforward. I hope I never get another of these gift cards and I can assure you that I will definitely not buy them for anyone. Far too complicated!! I also emailed them for help and never got a response. Terrible product and service.”

“The One4all gift card is a useless HUNK OF JUNK!! I won't waste anyone's time explaining why...because my 25.00 One4all gift card that I received as a gift had turned into NOTHING BUT TIME AND AGGRAVATION !!!! If you DO happen to get STUCK WITH ONE, THEN GO SOMEWHERE AND USE IT RIGHT AWAY! You will have to sit and wait a long time for your One4all gift card is processed and then is ready for use. My total opinion : THIS CARD IS A SCAM”
