SCAM. I received a gift card from my work as a Christmas bonus. One4all make it so difficult to access your OWN MONEY, that I imagine many give up.
After jumping through all of their ridiculous hoops to ‘activate’ my card... I am still unable to use it. Both app and telephone helpline are conveniently down...
Please avoid at all costs!!!
