I am very furious and disappointed in one4all it is just all for them.We were at a store trying to use the voucher and it wouldn’t go through,we stood there for 1 and 30 minutes to try sort it out and on the end we had to pay with my normal debit card.We rang up and they said they had no other issues and we were the first one to call up but that is obviously a lie as looking at these reviews and the shop said they had so many issues with these cards and dread having them.They said they are gonna give us a refund but looking at these reviews I am very doubtful that will happen. We tried to call up and put in the 16 digit code and it said there wasn’t 16 digits so we had to go on lost and stolen. This is such a bad company and I recommend you not to buy gift cards from this website.
