I tried 3 stores listed on their website, it never worked in any of them.
Yes, I have checked the ballance online, yes, I do know the balance.
Marks and Spencer say they dread them turning up at checkout, as they never work, and unless the customer has another method of payment, its embarrassing for all concerned.
I'm seeing if trading standards will get involved as its selling something not suitable for purpose.
