Just don't bother. App doesn't work so you can't pay in-store and can't pay online unless you set up the account. It was a present and I'm not going to go back to hound the sender to sort it out but I'm guessing that's what these big companies want. From reading other reviews they'll tell you their very disappointed but won't be sorted out!
