I received two eGift cards as a gift, which I exchanged for. River Island card to make an online purchase. This purchase was then return to store, and I was told the eGift refund would be sent to me.
Yes it was, BUT when I tried to use it to make a purchase in store it wasn’t recognised. No help whatsoever from Gift4All who now say it has been spent.
Yes it was, but a few days later it was refunded. Now I am out of pocket by £50 and don’t appear to be getting anywhere.
Definitely won’t ever give these vouchers as a gift to anyone.
