Just tried to check my balance and it shows 18p, checked my transactions because I know there was around £20 left on there and the money has been taken fraudulently, immediately as I checked balance by a separate website even though I was on the one4all website.. just tried to contact them via phone and the "24 hours a day helpline" opens at 8am so went to email them and my PayPal app mysteriously opened. Maybe they have been hacked but I am really not happy to have my money taken and maybe my security of my device breached. Added pictures which show i was on their balance check page which must have been cloned or breached... it said one4all com/balance check and once I had entered my card details the address in the bar changed but my screenshot of my google history shows that I was still on the one4all page when it changed to a different website and took the money.
