Awful awful awful. 2 cards given as Xmas presents. Neither work in multiple stores online or in store. I was also sent a replacement for one of the cards (only realised one wasn't working at first). The replacement card does not work either. My daughter actually went into Claire's to have her ears pierced and when she went to pay using the replacement card, she discovered that this would not work either. This means that she has now had to pay cash which was meant for something else. This company seriously needs to get its act together.
