What an absolute disgraceful system. I phoned 03308280881 today for my balance and was told there was £41.10 on my card. When I tried to use it in M&S and also Primark it was declined on numerous accessions. Why?????????
The 16 digit number on my card is:- 4844 2617 8674 3633.
Why do you issue cards that cannot be used ? I am not prepared to let this rest and if I do not get an answer from or a replacement card, I will contact the ombudsman etc.etc.etc.
