You should have an option for ‘ZERO’ stars! Absolutely diabolical that One4all can take monthly charges on a card which has already been paid for and unable to have been used. Tried on many occasions to use online however this appears to be a waste of time (if you already have an account with the company you want to purchase from). I have just discovered about these charges as I was sadly unable to use in a shop as I (obviously) didn’t have the correct amount! Do I really need to phone every month to see what I have left! I have 3 No cards which I received as Birthday/Xmas gifts during the pandemic and now they have a lot less money on them due to these charges although they have expiry dates of 2025. Very angry and will be advising all my friends and family not to purchase these cards as they are a waste of their money
