I would leave no stars if I was able to. My children were given a One4All gift card each by a friend. Both decided to hang on to them until they had enough money to buy something they wanted (rather than wasting the cards on something else). Anyway, when they came to use them we were told both cards were 'empty'. I looked at the transaction history on line and was shocked to find the company (One4All) had been deducting a monthly fee from each card of 90p. When we were given the cards it did not say anywhere that we had to spend the gift card total before a certain date. The only date noted was the one saying 'expiry date' on the front of the card (and this was approx. 4 years from the date of purchase). I have asked my friend to never purchase the cards again and just transfer the funds in to my children's bank accounts instead. Shocking scam.
