Sounds like there is a scam going on with in the company. I had a £50 gift card went to use it but the back of the 3 digits was missing emailed them and said I spent it in boots I was away on holiday so not possible. The customer advisor before was going to send a replacement and asked for a picture of the front and back of card and then the next agent said there was a balance of £0 and then had a look at there complaints and it says you shouldn’t give them the gift card detailing an email or letter and it’s done by phone only.
