If you forget or miss that code, you’ll need to enter the two middle numbers and press pound again. I know it’s confusing. Next, they instruct you not to use Safari or your phone; you must use Chrome on a desktop computer. However, how many people actually go to the store with a desktop? Not many. This means you have to go home, activate your account, select a store, print a barcode, and then return to the store, only to get rejected. I can relate to other reviews claiming this is a scam, especially if you consider gifting it to your grandparents. It's definitely not suitable for senior citizens due to the multiple steps involved and the need to make multiple calls. Please, don’t waste your money or put your family and friends through this frustrating and embarrassing experience.
