I broke down just off the M5 today, rang one call breakdown was told I would have to pay £290 to get recovered and would have to wait 3 1/2 hours before they get to me! Why do I pay for breakdown to then have to pay this!!!! The recovery man was lovely and couldn’t understand why I paid this money!! Very upset and angry 😡 had a message off one call at 4pm to say they would be with me at 7 yet recovery man didn’t receive message till 5pm!! Shocking! Will be sorting paperwork tomorrow and probs cancel policy 😡
