Lady I called early in the morning on Sunday was certainly courteous and very helpful with detailed information of what to expect but the company meant to help me wasn't very helpful, rather impatient, got the feeling he didn't want to do anything but set out to lecture me in a condescending manner,claiming my nut wheel head was damaged, not ready to offer alternatives as states instructed by company which was besides the point. I eventually had to call someone else to help change the tyre and fit another which all in all took minutes.
