Very sceptical of services that come as an add on i.e. Bank Accounts and travel insurance and the like. The cost of the original insurance was not to be looked over so ended up with the basic breakdown cover, never the less after 11 months of cover broke down on an elevated section of dual carriage way. Made the call and was given a link to book the breakdown, now I'm a bit of a techno dinosaur but it was easy to use and text replies came quickly with an ETA, which was within an hour of logging the call and to my surprise the recovery vehicle was with me in half that time. Recovery carried out by an excellent operative that understood Classic Motorcycles and could not be more helpful and friendly.
