After a little bit anxious about my car battery being completely flat and my friend not being able to keep it charged while I was abroad, I was reassured by Leanne at customer services that someone would come out. Mark the call out mechanic recovery was with me within the hour as it said he would be and, got his charger on my battery and, hey presto she fired up. Really friendly chap and gave me good advice as to how keep it charging for a while. Even though I had to pay £20 for the mechanic call out, it was definitely worth it as I didn't have the home recovery option. I took my car for a long drive and now she's purring soundly again.
