Online breakdown report was really good and easy to use . However the wait time was ridiculous . reported around 10:30am and was told 1:24pm estimate recovery and someone would be in touch . 2;10 I eventually got a call from a lovely chap who said I’ll be there in 45 mins and get you home . Arrived exactly on the time he said he would. Loaded me up and drove me all the way back to leicester . Our recovery guy was fantastic , just the waiting times was not. Total of 4.5 hour wait .
