I have used One Call a couple of times for a flat battery. On both occasions the guys have been great. Today I had another flat battery due to car not being used in a while. "David "was fabulous--nothing too much trouble for him.--Turns out the problem is more serious and needs garage attention. David couldn't have been nicer and I wanted to recognise him.
