Left waiting for four half hours with no heat, I am in my 60th year and I was freezing cold when the truck turned up the guy was rude and unhelpful, then when I got to my house we had to get my van on the drive the recovery driver was going to leave me with my van half on my drive and half on the pavement, I had to ask him to help me get the car on my drive properly and then it was me (may I remind you I am in my 60th year whilst the recovery driver was in he's twenties) that pushed the vehicle back on the drive whilst the driver steered!
