Well they're great at responding when you're a potential customer, but when they deliver products that don't work and you want to return it, Customer Service gets bad really quick.
I ordered 2 items that didn't work once they were delivered. They informed me to send both back with the same courier, but they only gave me one return form and didn't reply when I asked for a second one. Then when the courier came he informed me that OneDayOnly only instructed them to collect one item. So I only sent one back (a week ago) and I haven't heard a thing about it again - no refund, no reply.
I also contacted them to tell them that I didn't send the second item back, because they didn't book a return for the second item and well up until now, I haven't heard a thing about that again either. I was simply informed that the manufacturer will contact me and they didn't, but now I have to sit with something that doesn't work, because OneDayOnly doesn't feel like they have to reply anymore either.
So I wasted more than R1000 on two stupid stuff that doesn't work. The first one was taken back, but not refunded and the second is just no longer their problem.
Horrible Customer Service Team!
