These tees are the best. I own over 50 of them. I purchase the light weight organic cotton tees. I’m 5’9, 190 pounds and primarily do weights seven days per week and elliptical or recumbent stationary bike three to four days per week. I would consider myself muscular, bit not ripped. I order the mediums because I like them tight, but could easily order large for a very comfortable looser fit that would be just fine. They are so comfortable I ordered about a dozen in various colors for my wife for Christmas last year. She loves them as well. They are so comfortable you don’t even realize they’re on. They will shrink a bit in the first wash/dryer cycle. If you wear them you will get compliments, but best of all they’re really comfortable.
