I can't say enough good things about ONNO's customer service (thank you Narie) or their outstanding product. Their materials are are perfect, the tailoring outstanding and their concern for customer happiness the best of any company i've done business with. Sizes are true ... but in my situation i found i was in-between sizes. After letting them know that i wanted to try the next size up, they wrote back that day asking me to wait to exchange until i had tried on the two new shirts, at different size, that they were putting in the mail that day. ONNO is a company that you will trust and return to as they are rare and supporting them with your business is, in my view and experience, a great decision.
