I have several bamboo Onno shirts that I love! I was given a long sleeve and a short sleeve for my birthday and later bought another short sleeved one. They are comfortable and look nice. The customer service was great when I ordered the 2nd one and was not happy with the color. However, I just found 2 small wear holes in my long sleeve shirt. I have not worn the shirt very many times since it was a gift given to me in the summer and I didn't wear it until the fall/winter. After a few months of sporatic use (maybe a dozen wear/washes), the holes appeared. I contacted customer support and was told that nothing can be done since more than 180 days have passed. I am very disappointed and was surprised with the response. My past experiences with customer support have been superb. Very disappointed that they are not standing by their product, especially given the cost.
