I spoke with Grant and he was very informative and was very understanding about the fact that I have never sold a house and really talked me through each step. He never made me feel dumb for not knowing something and was very good about staying in communication with me through the whole process. When closing finally got here a notary met with us online and we even signed our papers online. We got our proceeds the same day!
