My husband and I just sold our condo in Las Vegas to OpenDoor. He has Alzheimer's and I wasn't looking forward to realtors and potential buyers coming in and out. They answered any questions I had & kept me informed about everything & responded in a timely manner regardless if it was email, phone or text. We did have a small problem & they went out of their way to take care of it. The final price quoted to us was a fair market value, less their commission & a fee to make any necessary cosmetic improvements or anything that needed to be replaced. I would recommend them highly. We had sold 2 houses in New York and our experience with OpenDoor is by far the best way to go!
