just getting started in the sale process. So far Grant has been awesome. I am hoping the rest of the process goes smooth. I have to leaveand be travelling a few days before closing so I hope the title company will work with me on this so there are no delays in closing. If this all goes as smooth as Grant has indicated I will be very impressed! Some friends have indicated bad experiences late in the process and caution me , I hope they are wrong.
